Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the items purchased. In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days. 

Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across Canada on all orders, with the exception of select remote areas within the provinces and territories.

Shipment Tracking & Updates
We’ll keep you informed at every step of the shipping process. Tracking details will be sent to you by email as soon as your order ships, and you can also access shipping updates anytime by logging into your account.

Once you receive your tracking number, we encourage you to connect directly with the shipping provider to coordinate delivery at your convenience.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.

Do you offer white-glove delivery or assembly?
Currently, we offer standard delivery. We are working on adding white-glove service for select locations — stay tuned!


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

How do I start a return?
Simply contact our customer care team at support@roomtobloominc.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process.


Product & Quality

How do I care for marble furniture?
Marble is a natural stone and requires gentle care. We recommend sealing your marble, using coasters and trays, and wiping spills immediately with a soft cloth. Visit our Marble Care Guide for more tips.

Are your products made in Canada?
Our collections are globally sourced and curated with the highest standards of quality. We proudly work with trusted Canadian suppliers and ensure every piece meets our elevated design criteria.

Do you offer warranties?
Yes — select pieces in our collection include manufacturer warranties. For example, Surya Inc. furniture products are covered under a limited one-year warranty for your peace of mind.

What does the warranty cover?
The Surya limited one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, for one year from the date you receive your furniture.
If a defect is discovered during this time, Surya will review images of the issue and replace the part or product free of charge.

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or damage from sunlight, humidity, or temperature changes.

  • Modifications to the furniture or fabric damage caused by fabric protection applications.

  • Use beyond intended residential purposes (unless specified as commercial use on the product page).

What is the process if I have a warranty issue?
If you notice a defect, please contact our customer care team at support@roomtobloominc.com We will guide you through the process, including submitting photos for review. Once approved, Surya will provide replacement parts or product at no cost.

Are there any limitations?
Yes — the warranty is limited to actual repair or replacement. Surya's total liability will not exceed the original invoice amount. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as removal or relocation of furnishings, property damage, or personal injury.

Is the warranty transferable?
No, warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
