Change of Heart? No Problem.

We want you to love every piece you bring home. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery — simple as that.

💌 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@roomtobloominc.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll reply promptly with next steps and a return shipping label.

If your order arrived damaged or defective, let us know right away so we can make it right.

🔁 Exchanges

Prefer a different item or colour?
Please place a new order for the item you want, and request a return for the original. We'll guide you through the return process and issue a refund once the item is received and inspected.

📦 Return Conditions

• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

• All returns require approval before shipping

• Unauthorized or late returns will be refused

• Delivery refusals and access issues (e.g., tight hallways, blocked streets) are subject to return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee

🛠️ Restocking Fees

• No fee if returned in original condition

• 20–50% fee if hardware, parts, or packaging is missing or damaged

• 25% fee for delivery refusals or access-related returns

• Minor wear on boxes is expected and not penalized

🚚 Return Shipping & Refunds

• We’ll provide a pre-paid return label and arrange pickup

• Refunds are issued once your item is inspected (2–5 business days after arrival)

• Shipping and any restocking fees are deducted from your refund

• Refunds go back to your original payment method and appear within 1–7 business days

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Orders shipped outside Canada

• Final Sale, Clearance, Open Box items

• Used or assembled products

• White Glove delivery installations

• Custom, made-to-order, or trade orders

• Select décor items: artwork, wall décor, rugs, pillows, cushions, throws, mirrors, concrete items, artificial plants, and mattresses
